The ingredients to use in this bread recipe include;

  • 1 ½ cups of warm milk, dairy-free
  • ¼ cup of unsalted butter, dairy-free
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup of honey
  • 3 cups of all-purpose gluten-free flour
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 ½ teaspoon of xanthan gum
  • 1 ¾ teaspoon of instant yeast

The instructions for making this bread recipe are;

  • Put the wet ingredients in the bread baking pan.
  • Add milk and butter to a glass measuring cup and heat them in the microwave. Then pour the mixture in the baking pan.
